Financial Policy
In our office, we request complete payment at time of service unless other arrangements have been previously made. In most cases, this fee is due at the appointment we “seat” or finish your new denture or partial! For your convenience, we accept personal checks and Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover cards.
If you have a dental insurance policy, it is not always possible to know the exact coverage until we submit a claim and it is processed. It most cases we will have contacted your insurance company after your consultation to determine approximate coverage. At time of service, we will ask for the estimated portion of your fees and after the insurance claim is processed, we will send you an invoice of any remaining amounts due. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. Most insurance policies have limited annual benefits and may run-out prior to completion of our services, especially if you are having additional dental work or extractions.
In some cases, we may offer a six to twelve month in-house payment plan using your debit or credit card for automatic recurring payments. We no longer send monthly invoices. Please ask us if you are interested and would like additional information.
